SCALPIK® DP 283 NG
SCALPIK® DP 283 NG is a high-performance liquid paint stripper specially designed for hot-bath immersion applications . This all-purpose paint stripper effectively removes a wide variety of coatings, including epoxy, epoxy-polyester, polyester, glycerophthalic, vinyl, acrylic and silicone cataphoretic paints . Its formulation, based on low-volatility biodegradable solvents, makes it an effective stripping solution while limiting health and environmental risks. It dissolves resins and disperses paint pigments for in-depth cleaning. SCALPIK® DP 283 NG is ready-to-use and can be used without dilution.

Step 1
SCALPIK® DP 283 NG is a ready-to-use product.
Step 2
Pour the product into the tank.
Step 3
Soak the part to be stripped.
Step 4
Allow to act for as long as necessary to completely strip all paint layers.
Step 5
Take out stripped parts, then rinse with water.
SCALPIK® DP 283 NG is a paint stripper composed of biodegradable solvents that acts on a wide range of paints such as epoxy, epoxy polyester, polyester, glycerophthalic, silicone cataphoresis, vinyl, etc., by dissolving the resins and dispersing the paint pigments. SCALPIK® DP 283 NG does not attack steel substrates and is ideal for stripping aluminum profiles.
This hot-bath immersion stripper is used undiluted in a bath heated to between 50 and 90°C. It is important never to add water, otherwise the product may become corrosive towards aluminum.
