BATI’NET M is a professional ready-to-use biocide cleaner designed to quickly eliminate algae, lichens and microorganisms from exterior surfaces. Its advanced formula combines a concentrated biocide with an integrated detergent booster, delivering fast, deep and effective cleaning results.

This biocide roof cleaner penetrates into the core of organic growth, ensuring rapid removal and long-lasting protection. The built-in surfactant improves product penetration while extending cleaning performance to greasy residues, black staining and atmospheric pollution.

  1. Apply BATI’NET M generously to completely dry surfaces until fully saturated, avoiding run-off.
  2. Allow the product to act. For heavy or stubborn contamination, assist removal using a stiff brush or low-pressure washer.

The treated surface will gradually return to a clean, natural appearance within a few days. Do not rinse after application.

 

BATI’NET M is suitable for all types of exterior surfaces, including tiles, slates, bricks, plaster, natural stone, concrete, wood, and coated or painted surfaces. It is ideal for both renovation projects and regular maintenance of new or existing buildings.
