BATI’NET M is a ready-to-use algaecide and surface treatment designed to rapidly eliminate algae, lichens, and other microorganisms from exterior surfaces. Its innovative formula combines a concentrated biocide with a detergent booster (surfactant), providing fast and thorough action on roofs, facades, walls, and outdoor floors.
The integrated booster enhances the penetration of the biocide into the core of microorganisms, ensuring faster and more effective removal. It also extends the product’s cleaning capabilities to greasy deposits, black stains, and residues from atmospheric pollution.

- Leave the product to act. For thick or stubborn layers of microorganisms, use mechanical cleaning (stiff brush or low-pressure washer) to aid removal.
The treated surface will gradually regain a clean, natural appearance within a few days. Do not rinse after application.
