Concrete Waterproofing & Anti-Carbonation – SCALPFUGE PRO CE
SCALPFUGE PRO CE is a high-performance concrete waterproofing impregnation designed to protect both new and existing concrete surfaces over the long term. Fully compliant with EN 1504-2 standards, this advanced solution provides reliable protection for concrete façades and walls in both interior and exterior environments.
The product penetrates deeply into the substrate to create waterproof concrete protection against water ingress, chlorides, and carbonation — key factors in structural deterioration and reinforcement corrosion.
Suitable for a wide range of concrete types — including cast-in-place, precast, fibre-reinforced, HPC and GRC — SCALPFUGE PRO CE forms an invisible, UV-resistant barrier that supports durable concrete and waterproofing performance without altering surface aesthetics.

- SCALPFUGE PRO CE is ready to use. Do not dilute.
- Surface Preparation : Ensure the surface is clean, dust-free, degreased, and dry. For fresh concrete or cement, allow at least 28 days curing before application.
- Application : Mix thoroughly, then apply from bottom to top until the surface is saturated. Apply two coats using the “wet-on-wet” (second coat applied while the first is still damp) method.
- Compatible surfaces: All types of concrete, including cast-in-place, precast, fiber-reinforced, UHPC, and GRC.
- Application conditions: Avoid rain, extreme heat, or strong wind. Ensure 24 hours without precipitation after application.
- Drying time: Full protection is achieved after approximately 72 hours (3 days). Protect the surface from rain for at least 24 hours after application.
