SCALPINOX D

SCALPINOX D is a professional cleaner specifically designed to restore the shine of aluminum window frames/joinery, particularly that exposed to urban pollution. It effectively removes tarnish and atmospheric deposits, leaving surfaces clean and lustrous.

Recommended for deep cleaning of anodized aluminum window frames and joinery, SCALPINOX D also functions as a passivating, rust-removing, and phosphating agent, preparing aluminum and stainless steel for paint or further treatment.

By creating an ideal bonding base, SCALPINOX D facilitates renovation, refurbishment, and maintenance projects, especially in construction and finishing trades, while improving paint adhesion.

  1. Homogenize SCALPINOX D well before use.
  2. Apply neat for aluminum rust and phosphate removal, or dilute 1:1 (50%) for bath application to achieve a phosphating effect.
  3. Allow to act for 5–10 minutes, depending on the level of soiling.
  4. Rub gently with a non-abrasive brush or sponge.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with clean, cold pressurized water.
  6. Repeat the process if necessary.
  • Restores a bright, renewed finish to tarnished aluminum joinery.
  • Prepares aluminum and stainless steel for painting or further treatment.
  • Not suitable for calcareous or non-metallic surfaces.
  • Can be used for bath phosphating to treat rust traces.
