Self-Cleaning Photocatalytic Coating – SCALP SOLAR ACTIV
SCALP SOLAR ACTIV’ is an innovative, eco-friendly photocatalytic coating designed to transform exterior surface maintenance. Using sunlight, its UV-activated technology breaks down organic and biological dirt, keeping walls, facades, and other surfaces cleaner for longer.
The invisible, breathable film preserves the natural appearance of substrates while actively preventing micro-organism growth, including algae, moss, lichen, and more. By limiting surface soiling, SCALP SOLAR ACTIV’ reduces the need for frequent cleaning, saving time, water, and effort, while cutting down the use of harsh cleaning chemicals.

- Ready to use — stir thoroughly before application.
- Apply to a clean, dry substrate from bottom to top. Use a single coat with two cross-coat passes. Avoid over-application to prevent runs or marks once dry.
- Allow to dry for approximately 24 hours.
SCALP SOLAR ACTIV’ is designed to :
- Be applied to surfaces exposed to natural light to activate its photocatalytic effect.
- Provide long-lasting protection against organic soiling (pollution, moss, lichen, etc.).
- Serve as preventive maintenance in high-risk exposure areas (coastal zones, urban environments, humid regions).
- Reduce the need for manual or chemical cleaning.
- This product is not suitable for surfaces that remain in full shade or receive limited exposure to UV light.
