Solvent-based water repellent – SCALPFUGE OM 70
SCALPFUGE OM 70 is a high-performance solvent-based water repellent designed to provide durable protection for a wide range of mineral substrates, including stone, plaster, gypsum, cement, concrete, brick, marble, tiles, slate, and fibre cement.
Its advanced formula, based on organometallic resins, penetrates deeply into pores without forming a surface film, preserving the natural appearance of the substrate. The treatment forms an invisible, breathable barrier that effectively prevents water ingress, reducing moisture-related issues and freeze/thaw damage.
Ideal for both renovation and preventive applications, SCALPFUGE OM 70 offers long-lasting water repellency for walls, façades, and roofs, ensuring surfaces remain protected from weathering while remaining fully overcoatable and paintable.

- Stir SCALPFUGE OM 70 thoroughly before use.
- Apply to a clean, dry substrate from bottom to top until fully saturated.
- If needed, apply a second coat after 15–20 minutes using the wet-on-wet method.
- Allow the product to dry fully — protection becomes effective once completely dry (time may vary with weather conditions).
- SCALPFUGE OM 70 is a silicone-free, solvent-based water repellent intended for protecting façades and roofs.
- Suitable for stone, plaster, cement, concrete, brick, marble, tiles, slate, and fibre cement.
- Do not apply to organic coatings (e.g., RPE, RSE paints).
- Apply only to clean and dry surfaces. If the substrate has been rinsed, allow at least 10 days of drying before treatment.
- Apply in suitable weather conditions: between +5°C and +50°C. Application is possible up to 70% relative humidity (RH).
