HYPRASTRIP B604 is a high-performance paint stripper specially designed for hot-dip strippingof ferrous metals. Thanks to its in-depth action, this dip stripper is the ideal solution for preparing ferrous metal surfaces for a new treatment or coating. This product is not suitable for light alloys such as aluminum, zinc or copper.

Step 1: Dilute HYPRASTRIP B604 in water to a suitable concentration (from 40% to 100%).
Step 2: Fill the bath with the diluted solution.
Step 3: Immerse the parts to be stripped in the hot bath.
Step 4: Leave to work for between 1 and 3 hours, depending on the thickness of the paint.
Step 5: Once the paint has been destroyed, rinse thoroughly with high pressure.
HYPRASTRIP B604 is designed exclusively for stripping ferrous substrates. It is strongly alkaline and should not be used on light alloys such as aluminum, zinc or copper. This product is particularly recommended for treating thick coatings or resistant paints.
The product is diluted in water at a rate of 40 to 100%, depending on the desired level of stripping. Action time varies between 1 and 3 hours, depending on the nature and thickness of the coating.
