Metal surface degreaser & paint adhesion promoter – DEROX 320

DEROX 320 is a professional metal surface degreaser and paint adhesion promoter designed for preparing metal substrates prior to painting or coating. Specially developed for aluminium, zinc and galvanised steel, this concentrated solution cleans, degreases and activates surfaces to ensure maximum coating performance.

Its powerful active formula removes grease, welding residues, light oxides, flux deposits and other contaminants that can compromise adhesion. By creating a perfectly clean and activated substrate, DEROX 320 significantly improves coating durability and prevents common paint defects such as blistering, peeling and flaking.

Dilution :

  • Aluminium: use neat.
  • Zinc and galvanised steel: dilute 1:1 with water.
  1. Application
    Apply evenly to the metal surface and allow to act for 5–10 minutes, depending on the required level of surface activation.
  2. Mechanical Action
    Scrub using a brush if necessary.
  3. Rinsing
    Rinse thoroughly using pressurised water or a high-volume water flow.
  • Ideal for industrial metal surface preparation prior to painting or coating.
  • Ensures optimal adhesion and long-lasting coating performance.
  • Always carry out a preliminary test on a small, inconspicuous area.
  • Do not use on calcareous or non-metallic substrates.
