DECAPEINT

DECAPEINT is an immersion paint stripper specifically formulated for stripping unfired paint from wood and ferrous metals. Used in a hot bath, between 20 and 40°C, this destructive stripper is perfectly suited to removing glycerophtalic, vinyl and acrylic paints, as well as primers. Thanks to its dipping application method, it ensures optimum efficiency while respecting the integrity of treated surfaces. It is used exclusively by dilution in water, in a suitable heated tank.

DECAPEINT is applied by soaking in a bath heated to between 20 and 40°C, after dilution with water. It is recommended for stripping painted parts made of wood or ferrous metal, in professional or industrial environments. On wood, acid neutralization can be carried out after stripping to lighten the substrate before repainting. To guarantee uniform results and consistent performance, the bath must be thoroughly homogenized before use.
