BATI’NET M 3100
BATI’NET M 3100 is a concentrated, multifunctional algaecide treatment combining three powerful actions in a single product: biocide, water repellent, and cleaner. Specially formulated for exterior surfaces—roofs, facades, walls, and floors—it effectively eliminates algae, lichens, and other microorganisms.
The integrated detergent booster enhances the penetration of the biocide into the heart of microorganisms (algae, lichens, green deposits), accelerating and reinforcing its action. It also improves cleaning performance on greasy stains, soot, black marks, and other residues from atmospheric pollution.
The water-repellent function provides a protective barrier against moisture, limiting pollutant adhesion and reducing surface fouling from .urban and industrial exposure. This concentrated treatment offers a complete solution for the maintenance and long-term protection of exterior surfaces.

- Dilute 1 litre of BATI’NET M 3100 with 7 litres of water.
- Apply generously to completely dry surfaces until fully saturated.
- Leave to act. For thick layers of algae or lichens, use mechanical cleaning (stiff brush or low-pressure washer) to assist removal.
The treated surface will start to appear clean within approximately 2 hours. Do not rinse after application.
