Concentrated Algae Remover & Biocide Treatment – BATI’NET M 3100
BATI’NET M 3100 is a concentrated, multifunctional algae remover designed for professional exterior maintenance. Combining three powerful actions—biocide treatment, cleaning, and Waterrepellent protection—this 3-in-1 formula rapidly eliminates algae, lichens, and other microorganisms from roofs, façades, walls, and outdoor floors.
The integrated detergent booster enhances biocide penetration into the heart of microorganisms, accelerating action and improving cleaning efficiency. It also tackles greasy stains, black marks, soot, and residues from urban and industrial pollution.
Its Waterrepellent effect forms a protective barrier that prevents moisture penetration, reduces fouling, and slows the regrowth of green deposits. BATI’NET M 3100 offers a complete solution for long-term maintenance, cleaning, and protection of exterior surfaces.

- Concentrated formula: dilute 1 part product to 7 parts water
- Dilute 1 litre of BATI’NET M 3100 with 7 litres of water.
- Apply generously to completely dry surfaces until fully saturated.
- Leave to act. For thick layers of algae or lichens, use mechanical cleaning (stiff brush or low-pressure washer) to assist removal.
The treated surface will start to appear clean within approximately 2 hours. Do not rinse after application.
