SCALPEX® A1 is a hot-bath paint stripper and heavy-duty descaler specifically formulated for treating steel and cast iron components. This immersion stripper is highly effective at removing paint, metal oxides and combustion residues from metal parts. It provides a complete cleaning and restoration solution for metallic surfaces, while remaining safe for use on steel, refractory steels and cast iron.
It must not be used on aluminium, copper or zinc alloys.
DECAPEINT is an immersion paint stripper specifically designed for the removal of uncured paint from wood and ferrous metals. Applied in a heated bath (20–40°C), this highly effective stripper is ideal for stripping alkyd (or glycerophthalic), vinyl, acrylic paints, and primers. Its dipping application ensures thorough, in-depth action while preserving the integrity of the treated surfaces.
Used exclusively by dilution in water within a suitable heated tank.
SCALPIK® L 400 is a professional liquid paint stripper for use in hot-bath immersion. Specially formulated to remove paint and varnish from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, it is ideal for metal and aluminum surfaces. Its innovative DCM-Free formula provides a safer, high-performance alternative to traditional strippers. SCALPIK® DP 283 NG is a high-performance liquid paint stripper designed for hot-bath immersion. This versatile product effectively removes a wide range of coatings, including epoxy, epoxy-polyester, polyester, alkyd (glycerophthalic), vinyl, acrylic, and silicone cataphoretic paints. Its formulation, based on low-volatility biodegradable solvents, delivers powerful stripping while minimising health and environmental risks. SCALPIK® DP 283 NG dissolves resins and disperses paint pigments for thorough, in-depth cleaning. The product is ready-to-use and requires no dilution.
ADDITIF STRIPAC BASE ECO is a concentrated alkaline additive for immersion paint stripping using the STRIPAC method. Designed to enhance the performance of stripping baths, this professional additive effectively removes a wide range of industrial coatings, including epoxy polyester, alkyd (or glycerophthalic), vinyl, acrylic, woodstains, varnishes, primers, and more.
It works by dissolving resins and breaking down mineral pigments in the paint film. Once the coating is destabilized, it can be easily removed by rinsing, immersion, or high-pressure cleaning. Its substrate-friendly formulation ensures maximum efficiency without damaging steel, wood, or other compatible materials.
SCALPIK L12S ACTIVATOR is a technical additive designed to complement a SCALPIK L12S-based stripping bath. While it has no stripping power on its own, it is formulated to restore the efficiency of a stripping bath that has begun to lose performance.
Chlorinated paint strippers like SCALPIK L12S can lose effectiveness over time due to factors such as frequent use, bath temperature, or exposure to air. SCALPIK L12S ACTIVATOR compensates for this loss, reactivating the bath and restoring its original properties.

Thanks to its alkaline formulation, the product delivers rapid, uniform and thorough action, ensuring optimal surface preparation prior to coating or further treatment. SCALP NEUTRALISANT BASIQUE can be diluted with water at 2–5% and is easily integrated into industrial stripping and preparation processes.
OXALIC ACID is a chemical grade acid neutraliser, brightener and oxidising agent, designed for immersion use following basic or alkaline stripping. Its specialised formula neutralises residues, brightens surfaces and restores the natural appearance of wood. This in-depth treatment ensures uniform, effective lightening without altering the material, delivering a clean, crisp finish. For optimal performance, dilute the product 10–20% in water and mix thoroughly before use. SCALP ACID NEUTRALISER is an immersion neutraliser designed to remove residues of alkaline strippers (such as caustic soda or caustic potash) used in industrial enameling preparation processes. Its acidic formulation also sequesters ferrous and ferric ions, preventing the formation of unwanted deposits on treated parts. Highly effective and compatible with a wide range of substrates, this product ensures a fully neutral surface prior to the application of coatings or finishes.
