Step 1
SCALPIK® L 20 NG is a ready-to-use product.
Step 2
Apply the product by dipping.
Step 3
After rinsing the stripped parts, it is necessary to treat them with SCALP NEUTRALISANT BASIQUE to avoid any oxidation of the substrate.
SCALPIK® L 20 NG is specially developed for cold bath immersion stripping. It can be used on surfaces such as wood, ferrous and non-ferrous metal. This ready-to-use product is easy to apply by dipping. Once elements have been stripped, it is essential to rinse them at high pressure, then treat them with SCALP NEUTRALISANT BASIQUE to prevent any oxidation of the substrate.
To maintain the performance of the stripping bath, it is advisable to regularly top up the level with new product and remove residues using a sieve.

SCALP SEAL
SCALP SEAL is a refined petroleum-based anti-evaporation oil, specifically designed for use in chemical pickling baths. During stripping, paint strippers have a natural tendency to evaporate, resulting in product loss and reduced efficiency. SCALP SEAL solves this problem by forming a protective layer on the bath surface, greatly limiting evaporation.
Thanks to its high density, this product rises to the surface of the bath and acts as a physical barrier, preventing vapors from escaping. It is important to note that SCALP SEAL does not interact chemically with the paint stripper: it has no activating or penetrating properties. It acts only as a passive stabilizer, maintaining the stripper's effectiveness over time.
SCALP SEAL is a ready-to-use product, easy to apply and compatible with most industrial bath stripping processes.
SCALPROTECT 31
SCALPROTEC 31 is a protective oil for metal surfaces, formulated withcorrosion inhibitors dissolved in mineral oil. It provides temporary anti-corrosion protection for 3 to 9 months, depending on storage conditions.
