HYPRASTRIP B604 is a high-performance paint stripper specifically formulated for hot-dip stripping of ferrous substrates (steel/iron). Its powerful alkaline composition enables the removal of thick, multi-layered or highly resistant coatings, even in the most challenging stripping conditions. Thanks to its deep-acting properties, this dip stripper is an ideal solution for preparing ferrous metal surfaces ahead of new treatments or coatings.
This product is not suitable for light alloys such as aluminium, zinc or copper.

HYPRASTRIP B604 is intended exclusively for stripping ferrous substrates. Its strongly alkaline nature means it must not be used on light alloys such as aluminium, zinc or copper.
The product should be diluted in water at 40–100%, depending on the required stripping strength. The contact time ranges from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the coating type, thickness, and age.

Its high density allows it to float naturally on the bath surface, creating a physical barrier to vapours without chemically interacting with the stripper. SCALP SEAL has no activating or penetrating properties—it simply stabilises the bath and maintains the stripper’s effectiveness over time.

SCALPROTECT 31
