DEROX 320 is a professional degreaser and rust remover specially formulated for the treatment of metal surfaces prior to painting. Ideal for aluminum, zinc and galvanized steel, this highly concentrated product cleans, degreases and prepares substrates in depth, ensuring optimum paint adhesion.
Its active formula effectively eliminates slag, grease, light oxides and other contaminants that can hinder paint adhesion. By creating a perfectly clean bonding base, DEROX 320 avoids the risk of blistering, peeling or flaking paint.

Step 1
Use DEROX 320 neat or diluted according to substrate (aluminum: 100%, zinc: 50%, galvanized steel: 50%).
Step 2
Apply this professional metal surface degreaser and degreaser to the substrate then leave for 5-10min depending on the roughness required.
Step 3
Scrub with a brush.
Step 4
Rinse the surface thoroughly with pressurized water or a water jet.
