ADDITIF STRIPAC BASE ECO is a concentrated alkaline gas pedal for immersion paint stripping using the STRIPAC method. SCALP SEAL is a refined petroleum-based anti-evaporation oil, specifically designed for use in chemical pickling baths. During stripping, paint strippers have a natural tendency to evaporate, resulting in product loss and reduced efficiency. SCALP SEAL solves this problem by forming a protective layer on the bath surface, greatly limiting evaporation.
Thanks to its high density, this product rises to the surface of the bath and acts as a physical barrier, preventing vapors from escaping. It is important to note that SCALP SEAL does not interact chemically with the paint stripper: it has no activating or penetrating properties. It acts only as a passive stabilizer, maintaining the stripper’s effectiveness over time.
