SCALPNET® 60 is a water-based professional degreaser specially designed for cleaning road vehicles. Its concentrated formula effectively removes static film and encrusted dirt from car bodies. Versatile and powerful, SCALPNET® 60 can also be used to clean various surfaces with high-pressure machines. It has an in-depth, yet gentle effect on materials, restoring plastics to their original shine. Thanks to its self-drying effect, it facilitates the rinsing process and reduces streaking after washing

Step 1

SCALPNET® 60 should be diluted 5 to 25% in water.

Step 2

For cleaning motor vehicles, spray a 10% solution.

Step 3

Let work for 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 4

Rinse with pressurized water.

Step 5

For use with a high-pressure machine, a concentration of 0.1 to 0.5% at the end of the lance is recommended.

SCALPNET 60 is a super-concentrated detergent, over 90% biodegradable and soluble in water in any proportion. It is designed to be diluted before use:

  • Recommended dilution: between 5% and 25% depending on the level of soiling
  • For manual vehicle cleaning: a 10% solution is recommended
  • For use with high-pressure machines: allow for a final concentration of 0.1% to 0.5% at the end of the lance

SCALP SEAL

SCALP SEAL is a refined petroleum-based anti-evaporation oil, specifically designed for use in chemical pickling baths. During stripping, paint strippers have a natural tendency to evaporate, resulting in product loss and reduced efficiency. SCALP SEAL solves this problem by forming a protective layer on the bath surface, greatly limiting evaporation.
