SCALPIK® L 20 NG

SCALPIK® L 20 NG is an ultra-fast liquid paint stripper designed for cold-bath immersion. Free from dichloromethane (DCM), it provides a high-performance, professional solution for stripping paints and varnishes from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as wood. Its optimised formula effectively removes a wide range of coatings, including epoxies, polyesters, acrylics, vinyls, and certain electro-coatings (e.g., Cataphoresis). SCALPIK® L 20 NG is also suitable for unfired coatings applied to metals such as steel and aluminium.

  2. Apply the product by dipping the parts to be stripped.
  3. After stripping, rinse parts thoroughly and treat them with SCALP NEUTRALISANT BASIQUE to prevent flash rusting and corrosion.

  • To maintain bath performance, regularly top up with fresh product and remove residues using a sieve.
