SCALPFUGE OM 70
SCALPFUGE OM 70 is a solvent-based, silicone-free water repellent formulated with high-performance resins (organometallic compounds). It is designed to provide long-lasting protection against water ingress on a wide range of mineral substrates, including stone, plaster, gypsum, cement, concrete, brick, marble, tiles, slate, and fibre cement.
With its strong beading effect, SCALPFUGE OM 70 prevents water penetration while allowing the substrate to breathe, helping to avoid moisture-related issues. It penetrates deeply and rapidly into the pores of the material without forming a surface film and without altering the natural look of the treated surface.
Suitable for both renovation and preventive treatment, this high-performance water repellent offers durable protection for walls, façades, and roofs, ensuring resistance to weathering and freeze/thaw cycles.

- Stir SCALPFUGE OM 70 thoroughly before use.
- Apply to a clean, dry substrate, working from the bottom up until the surface is fully saturated.
- If required, apply a second coat approximately 15–20 minutes after the first (wet-on-wet technique).
- SCALPFUGE OM 70 is a silicone-free, solvent-based water repellent intended for protecting façades and roofs.
- Suitable for stone, plaster, cement, concrete, brick, marble, tiles, slate, and fibre cement.
- Do not apply to organic coatings (e.g., RPE, RSE paints).
- Apply only to clean and dry surfaces. If the substrate has been rinsed, allow at least 10 days of drying before treatment.
- Apply in suitable weather conditions: between +5°C and +50°C. Application is possible up to 70% relative humidity (RH).
