SCALPEX® A1
SCALPEX® A1 isa hot-bathpaint stripper and engine descaler, specifically formulated for the treatment of steel and cast iron. This dip stripper is particularly effective for paint stripping,removal of metal oxides and descaling of combustion deposits on metal parts. It offers a complete cleaning solution for metal surfaces, while being harmless to steel, refractory steels and cast irons. It should not be used on aluminum, copper and zinc alloys.

Step 1
SCALPEX® A1 should be diluted 50% with water.
Step 2
Fill the bath with the product.
Step 3
Tip the parts to be stripped into the bath.
Step 4
Leave parts in bath until all paint layers have been completely stripped.
Step 5
Take parts out and rinse with water.
Beware! SCALPEX® A1 attacks aluminum, copper and zinc alloys.
SCALPEX® A1 is recommended for paint stripping, degreasing, descaling and deoxidizing metal parts in steel and cast iron, especially those from combustion engines. Its hot-bath immersion action ensures optimum results even on difficult coatings. The product contains biodegradable surfactants combined with pickling and deoxidation gas pedals. SCALPEX® A1 has no effect on refractory steels or cast irons, but does attack aluminum, copper and zinc alloys.
