SCALP PRIMER 36 is a colorless insulating primer specially formulated for permanent anti-graffiti systems, such as VERNAEAU PU 16. It prevents discoloration on sensitive substrates, dries quickly, is microporous, odorless, and provides excellent barrier/sealing properties before painting or applying protective coatings. This primer creates a protective barrier between the substrate and the topcoat, ensuring optimal adhesion and appearance.
