SCALP NDS 72
SCALP NDS 72 is a highly effective treatment designed to remove efflorescence (white salt deposits) and neutralise alkaline residues following cleaning or stripping. With its powerful acidic formulation, this impregnating solution delivers fast, long-lasting action, ensuring surfaces are perfectly prepared before any finishing works.
Efflorescence occurs when mineral salts migrate to the surface of porous materials—such as brick, concrete, plaster, or stone—due to moisture. These white deposits not only spoil the appearance of surfaces but also hinder the adhesion of paints and coatings. SCALP NDS 72 works deep within the substrate to dissolve these salts and stabilise the substrate to prevent recurrence.

SCALP NDS 72 can be used:
- After alkaline cleaning (e.g., SCALP DMC 73) to neutralise the substrate
- To remove efflorescence from exterior walls and façades
Do not apply to metals such as steel, zinc, or galvanised steel.
Apply only in suitable weather conditions, between +5°C and +50°C. Effectiveness is reduced in extreme temperatures. Do not apply below +5°C.
