SCALP AQUA 1000 is a professional water-based degreaser and detergent designed for cleaning synthetic and mineral surfaces in the transport, building and industrial sectors. This concentrated product is particularly suited to the maintenance of facade cladding, PVC, aluminum, zinc, brass, galva, stainless steel and painted surfaces, as well as mineral materials such as tiles, porcelain stoneware and marble. It is also effective for industrial detergents, especially for mechanical parts and generator engines

Step 1
SCALP AQUA 1000 can be used neat or diluted from 2 to 50% depending on soiling and the surface to be cleaned.
Step 2
Apply the product to the surface with a sponge or sprayer.
Step 3
Can be rinsed off, but this step is not compulsory in some cases.
Step 4
Wipe off with a cloth or wiping cotton.
Step 5
For a dip application, leave the parts to soak in the product, preferably heated to 70°C. Leave to act for around twenty minutes, then remove parts, brush and rinse under running water.
SCALP AQUA 1000 is a cleaning and degreasing product for all synthetic surfaces encountered in transport and construction (facade cladding, PVC, painted surfaces, aluminum, zinc, brass, etc). It is ideal for daily cleaning of mineral surfaces such as tiles, porcelain stoneware, marble, etc.
SCALP AQUA 1000 can also be used in industrial detergents for mechanical parts, generator engines, etc.

SCALP SEAL
SCALP SEAL is a refined petroleum-based anti-evaporation oil, specifically designed for use in chemical pickling baths. During stripping, paint strippers have a natural tendency to evaporate, resulting in product loss and reduced efficiency. SCALP SEAL solves this problem by forming a protective layer on the bath surface, greatly limiting evaporation.
Thanks to its high density, this product rises to the surface of the bath and acts as a physical barrier, preventing vapors from escaping. It is important to note that SCALP SEAL does not interact chemically with the paint stripper: it has no activating or penetrating properties. It acts only as a passive stabilizer, maintaining the stripper's effectiveness over time.
