Food Contact Surface Cleaner – SCALP AQUA 04
SCALP AQUA 04 is a professional degreasing cleaner specially formulated for surfaces that come into contact with food. Designed for the food industry, it is ideal for cleaning small equipment, tanks, utensils, mechanical parts, and all food-contact surfaces.
Its concentrated, high-performance formula penetrates deeply to remove grease, food residues, and other stubborn soils commonly found in industrial kitchens, canteens, hospitals, local authority facilities, and food production areas. With its strong degreasing power, SCALP AQUA 04 cleans efficiently and quickly, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment.
Odourless and rinse-free for non-FCS areas (Rinsing required for Food Contact Surfaces, as per hygiene protocols), it meets the strict hygiene standards required by food professionals. It can also be applied by drone, allowing fast, uniform, and safe cleaning without direct contact with the surface.

- Dilution : SCALP AQUA 04 can be used neat or diluted 1:20 (5%) up to 1:1 (50%), depending on the level of soiling and the type of surface.
- Application : Apply the product to the surface using a sponge or spray.
- Wiping : Wipe with a cloth or cotton pad.
- Rinsing : Rinsing is recommended where required by hygiene protocols.
- Cleans kitchen utensils, bowls, worktops, and other food-contact surfaces thoroughly

- Surfactants in this formulation comply with the biodegradability criteria defined in Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 on detergents
