BATI’NET M 3100
BATI’NET M 3100 is a concentrated multifunctional algaecide treatment that combines three actions in a single product: biocide, water repellent, and cleaner. Specially formulated for exterior surfaces (roofs, facades, walls, floors), it acts effectively against algae, lichens, and microorganisms. The integrated booster optimizes the penetration of the biocide into the heart of microorganisms (algae, lichens, green deposits), reinforcing the effectiveness of the treatment and accelerating its action. It also improves the overall performance of the product on greasy stains, soot, black marks, and atmospheric pollution residues.
In addition, the water-repellent function creates a protective barrier against moisture, limiting the adhesion of pollutants and slowing down the fouling of surfaces exposed to urban pollution.
This treatment is a complete solution for the maintenance and preservation of exterior surfaces.

Step 1 :
Dilute 1 liter of BATI’NET M 3100 in 7 liters of water.
Step 2 :
Apply BATI’NET M 3100 until saturated on completely dry surfaces.
Step 3 :
Leave to act. If there is a thick layer of microorganisms, use a mechanical means to remove them.
The treated surface will look clean again after 2 hours. Never rinse after application.
