SCALPFUGE OM 70
SCALPFUGE OM 70 is a non-silicone solvent-based water repellent formulated with organometallic compounds. It is designed to provide long-lasting protection against water infiltration on a wide variety of mineral substrates: stone, plaster, gypsum, cement, concrete, brick, marble, tiles, slate, fiber cement, etc.
Thanks to its beading effect formulation, SCALPFUGE OM 70 prevents water from penetrating the materials while allowing the surface to breathe, thus avoiding moisture-related problems. It acts deeply by quickly penetrating the pores of the substrates, without leaving a film on the surface or altering the original appearance of the treated materials.
Whether for renovation or preventive protection, this water-repellent treatment is perfectly suited to walls, facades, and roofs, and offers lasting resistance to freeze/thaw cycles and weathering.

Step 1
Mix SCALPFUGE OM 70 thoroughly.
Step 2
Apply the product to a clean, dry surface, working from the bottom up until the surface is completely saturated.
Step 3
Repeat the operation if necessary a second time, waiting approximately 20 minutes between applications.
- SCALPFUGE OM 70 is a non-silicone solvent-based water repellent designed to protect facades and roofs.
- It can be applied to stone, plaster, cement, concrete, brick, marble, tile, slate, and fiber cement.
- Do not apply the product to organic coatings (RPE, RSE paints, etc.).
- Apply the product to clean, dry surfaces. If the substrate has been rinsed beforehand, wait at least 10 days before applying SCALPFUGE OM 70.
- This water repellent should be applied when weather conditions are favorable, i.e., between +5°C and +50°C. Application is possible up to 70% relative humidity.
