SCALP DMC 74 LIQUID is a high-performance alkaline stripper for cleaning and stripping wood and metals. It is ideal for removing old coats of paint, varnish or other coatings from a wide range of surfaces.
This stripper is ready-to-use, making it easy to apply, but can be diluted up to 50% depending on the surface to be treated and the level of soiling.
Versatile, SCALP DMC 74 LIQUID is mainly used in soaking baths, in compatible tanks, but it can also be used as anadditive in high-pressure cleaners, for enhanced action.
Designed for professional or industrial use, this product guarantees fast, effective results, while respecting the integrity of the materials treated.

Step 1: Use the product neat or diluted to 50% as required.
Step 2: Pour into a suitable tank and, if necessary, top up with water.
Step 3: Dip the parts to be stripped into the bath.
Step 4: Leave to work until all coats have softened.
Step 5: Remove parts, rinse thoroughly with water, ideally under pressure.
Step 6: Allow to dry before working again.
Tool care: Clean immediately with water after use.
For optimum storage, store SCALP DMC 74 LIQUID away from frost, heat and direct sunlight, in a dry, ventilated place.
SCALP DMC 74 LIQUID is particularly suitable for bath stripping, in stainless steel or composite tanks resistant to basic products.
Use is simple: simply pour the product into the bath, dilute if necessary, then immerse the parts to be stripped. The immersion time can range from 1 to several hours, depending on the condition and type of coating to be removed.
After treatment, parts should be rinsed with pressurized water and then air-dried.
This product can also be used as a supplement in a high-pressure cleaner, enabling you to target certain hard-to-reach or heavily soiled areas.
It is important not to use SCALP DMC 74 LIQUID on certain sensitive materials such as aluminum, zinc or galva.
