STRIPAC BASE ECO
STRIPAC BASE ECO is an immersion paint stripper designed to effectively remove coatings applied to steel, aluminum and wood substrates. Used exclusively in combination with the STRIPAC additive, this cold-bath stripper works at room temperature, offering a reliable, high-performance solution for the treatment of a wide variety of paints.
This powerful stripper dissolves resins and denatures mineral pigments, enabling the stripping of epoxy, polyester, glycerophtalic, vinyl and acrylic paints, woodstains, varnishes, primers and more. Its non-aggressive formulation preserves the integrity of substrates such as metal, wood or aluminum, making it an ideal choice for industrial or renovation applications.
STRIPAC BASE ECO is an immersion stripper for paint coatings on metals, wood and aluminum.
This cold-bath stripper is used with the STRIPAC additive, and the combination of the two products (base + additive) is used at room temperature and acts on a wide range of paints (polyester epoxy, glycerophthalic, vinyl, acrylic, woodstains, varnishes, primers, etc.
STRIPAC BASE ECO acts by dissolving resins and denaturing mineral pigments in paint.
Step 1
Fill the tank with STRIPAC BASE ECO then add the STRIPAC additive.
Step 2
Homogenize the bath.
Step 3
Treatment of metals after pickling: after rinsing, pickled parts must undergo surface treatment before repainting.
Step 3 bis
Treatment of wood after stripping: it is necessary to carry out acid neutralization before repainting.
STRIPAC BASE ECO is designed for soaking paint stripping operations. It is used exclusively in combination with the STRIPAC additive, in a suitable tank. The synergy of the two components at ambient temperature ensures optimum efficiency on technical coatings.
Once the paint film has been altered, it can be easily removed by rinsing with clear water or high pressure. This product is suitable for sensitive substrates, and is not harmful to steel, aluminum or wood, thus guaranteeing preserved surface quality after stripping.

SCALPIK® L 12 S
SCALPIK® L12S is an additivated liquid stripper, specially formulated for cold-dip stripping of the most common paints and varnishes used in construction andindustry. Thanks to its action through successive layer penetration, this stripper effectively removes coatings from the treated substrate, even when they are multi-layered or strongly adherent.
When used in a cold bath, SCALPIK® L12S requires no heating, simplifying the process while offering excellent efficiency. This non-saturating product allows continuous use: simply remove any paint residues that have fallen to the bottom of the tank and adjust the level to maintain the performance of the stripping bath.
STRIPAN MO2 ECO
This ready-to-use product is particularly suited to industrial applications requiring fast, effective stripping of ferrous materials, without altering the quality of the substrate.

SCALP SEAL
SCALP SEAL is a refined petroleum-based anti-evaporation oil, specifically designed for use in chemical pickling baths. During stripping, paint strippers have a natural tendency to evaporate, resulting in product loss and reduced efficiency. SCALP SEAL solves this problem by forming a protective layer on the bath surface, greatly limiting evaporation.
Thanks to its high density, this product rises to the surface of the bath and acts as a physical barrier, preventing vapors from escaping. It is important to note that SCALP SEAL does not interact chemically with the paint stripper: it has no activating or penetrating properties. It acts only as a passive stabilizer, maintaining the stripper's effectiveness over time.
SCALP SEAL is a ready-to-use product, easy to apply and compatible with most industrial bath stripping processes.
