The EXCELL PLUS and EXCELL ZONE VERTE labels recognize our products for their safety, quality and compliance with environmental and health standards.

  • EXCELL PLUS: This label guarantees that our products meet strict criteria in terms of user safety and minimal environmental Products with the EXCELL PLUS label undergo rigorous testing to ensure compliance with the most demanding regulations.
  • EXCELL ZONE VERTE: With this label, we affirm our commitment to environmentally-friendly It is awarded to products with a low ecological footprint, meeting the needs of industries seeking safe, sustainable alternatives.

The NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) label is an internationally recognized certification guaranteeing the safety and conformity of products used in the food sector.

  • Food safety: Our NSF-certified products meet the strict requirements of food environments such as industrial kitchens, canteens and hospitals.
  • Quality commitment: This certification confirms that our cleaning and degreasing solutions are safe for use in sensitive areas, and comply with international health and hygiene standards.

We are also committed to continuous improvement and global responsibility:

  • ECOVADIS: We have been awarded the bronze medal, rewarding our performance in terms of corporate social responsibility (CSR). This assessment covers environmental, social, ethical and responsible purchasing criteria.

Deploying a low-carbon and biodiversity strategy to help protect the environment

Climate change and biodiversity loss are critical environmental and social issues. Aware of these challenges, SCALP has engaged in in-depth strategic reflection to explore solutions aimed at reducing its environmental impact, such as joining the ECOVADIS program.

This commitment has just been rewarded with the ECOVADIS bronze medal, underlining SCALP's efforts in terms of social and environmental responsibility. ECOVADIS is an evaluation platform that measures the performance of companies according to environmental, social and governance criteria. By participating in this initiative, SCALP commits to a process of monitoring and continuous improvement of its practices, covering key areas such as resource management, reduction of CO₂ emissions, optimization of production processes and compliance with social and ethical standards. This approach enables SCALP to set ambitious sustainability targets.

This approach is part of a global drive to reduce carbon emissions and preserve biodiversity, while contributing to the fight against climate change and the protection of natural ecosystems on its own scale.

This is reflected in the promotion of our EKO’R RANGE products, through sales initiatives and customer proposals.

Health and safety are key priorities for SCALP, as they directly affect the lives of our employees. By reducing health and accident risks, we aim to protect everyone who interacts with our business.

Our ambition is to establish a global health and safety culture across all our operations. This involves setting rigorous standards, continually training our teams in best safety practices, and adopting innovative technologies to prevent accidents and promote safe, healthy working environments.

By consolidating this culture within SCALP, we aim not only to comply with the most stringent regulatory standards, but also to inspire trust and respect among our stakeholders, while actively contributing to the sustainability and social responsibility of our company.

HEALTH CULTURE FOR ALL

Consolidating the health and safety culture for all our stakeholders is a priority. We are aiming for an ambitious goal of “zero accidents”, which requires a proactive and integrated approach at all levels of our company. With this in mind, we are seeking to develop a corporate culture that is increasingly focused on safety. To support this dynamic, regular training and awareness programs are envisaged, with the aim of enabling our teams to better grasp best safety practices. To this end, exercises are carried out with the BSPP (Brigade Sapeur Pompier de Paris).

Ongoing training programs and awareness campaigns play an important role in implementing SCALP’s strategy. These initiatives are designed to help employees understand and eventually adopt best safety practices, according to their role within the company.

  • Adapted training: SCALP aims to offer training courses that take into account different levels of responsibility and types of position, including information on safety procedures, personal protective equipment, first aid and accident prevention techniques, as required.
  • Ongoing training: SCALP aims to invest in training programs to update employees’ skills and reinforce their understanding of new potential hazards and safety innovations.
  • Awareness campaigns: In addition to technical training, SCALP plans to organize awareness campaigns on specific safety-related topics. The aim of these campaigns is to inform employees about common risks, safe behavior and the importance of prevention.

In addition, every year SCALP is actively involved in health awareness initiatives. In support of Pink October and Movember, we make financial donations and organize awareness-raising events for our employees. These actions aim to inform the whole team about the issues surrounding breast and male cancers, while supporting these important causes through internal collections and events.
